Partners who are involved
“We are very happy to count on our partners’ support, which makes it possible, each year, to continue our activities. They are the ones who allow us to offer unique high calibre events, such as the Québec Original Classic, the CSI3* Assante Classic, the National Grand Prix for under 25 year-olds, where athletes have an opportunity to surpass themselves; as well as events such as the Royal Canin Challenge, designed to entertain visitors and participants,” stated Roger Deslauriers, Manager of the International Bromont.
This year, International Bromont also celebrates its new partners, notably the Belgian company Dy’on and a Canadian company from British Columbia, Back on Track.
“We are thankful and happy of our partners’ support: the Ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement Supérieur and the Ministère du Tourisme, as well as our major partners, Longines, the Town of Bromont and Assante. We also thank Desjardins, the National Bank, Royal Canin, Back on Track, Burkman Capital, Bruno Delgrange, Station équestre, Domaine Château Bromont, Volta Électrique, Talisman Fly Bonnets, Dy’on, Edgar Hyperlodge, the St-Martin Bromont Hotel et Suites, Samuel Bouki, Top Bedding, EquiFind Group, Tristan, Tim Hortons, St-Hubert Bromont, Le Café 1792, Esso Carrefour 74, the Camping Koa in Bromont and Metro Plouffe Bromont for the support,” adds Roger Deslauriers.

First leg of the Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping North American League
International Bromont is the first event of a series of seven for the Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping North American League – East Coast.
International riders have an opportunity to start their season and earn important points to qualify for the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping, taking place in Paris, in April 2018.
A record number of participants in the international events
This year in its FEI events, the International Bromont welcomes the highest number of participants registered. Circuit veterans like Jill Henselwood (CAN), Mac Cone (CAN), Peter Leone (USA), Leslie Howard (USA), Jonathan McCrea (USA), Mario Deslauriers (USA) will compete against promising young talents, including Nicholas Dello Joio (USA), Andrew Kocker (USA), François Lamontagne (CAN), Isabelle Lapierre (CAN), David Arcand (CAN) as well as Lucy Deslauriers (USA).
Lucy Deslauriers, daughter of Mario Deslauriers, makes her debut on the World Cup circuit this year in Bromont, with her equine partner, Hester. The young lady, who just celebrated her eighteenth birthday, is one to be watched. Following her many championship wins, notably the Junior and Young Riders and the USEF under 25 in 2015, as well as recent victories in Ottawa in the CSI3*—she is a serious contender for the podium at the International Bromont.
