Gloria Egerton, wife of the late George Egerton, passed peacefully at her home with her best friend Peggy Burne at her bedside on August 11, 2021. Born in 1945, in Concord, Ontario, daughter of the late Matilda and George Diceman.

Sister to Peggy, Wilfred, Sandra, Kevin, Kenny, James, Cindy and the late Roy.

Loving mother to Denise, Kelly and Cathy; grandmother to Chantal Lynn and great-grandmother to Lincoln.

Gloria’s love of horses from a young age led her to Own, Breed and Race Quarterhorses with her beloved husband George. She and George were well known at Quarterama, Picov Downs and OBRA shows. You could always hear Gloria cheering her horses on at the track and show ring.

She will be sadly missed by her many friends and family.

Private ceremony will be held at a later date.
