June 11, 2026 - Ottawa, ON – Equestrian Canada (EC) today announced that Chief Executive Officer Meg Krueger will be stepping down from her position to pursue an external leadership opportunity. Krueger will remain with EC through mid-October to ensure continuity during the transition period.
AJAX DOWNS, AUGUST 28 2026 - One of the most popular days of the Ajax Downs' Quarter Horse racing season is FAMILY FUN DAY in support of the Ajax Pickering Hospital, set for this Sunday, August 30.
In spite of heavy rain early in the day, the VIP Day hosted by the Bill Galvin Racing Alliance at Clinton Raceway on Sunday, August 23rd was well attended. Over 70 people attended the event, with many experiencing horse racing for the first time.
