August 10, 2026 - Aachen, Germany – All four Canadian Dressage Team horses successfully passed the initial veterinary inspection Monday morning at the FEI World Championships, being deemed fit and ready to compete by the panel of judges and veterinarians.

It's an incredible venue, we are showing on the biggest stage, and it's the opportunity we have all worked so hard for. Now it’s time to believe, trust our horses, and give everything we have.”
Competitors each had the opportunity to ride in the main arena Monday afternoon, to allow their horses to acclimatize and become comfortable. Aachen is continuing its tradition of hosting numerous World and European Championships: Following the FEI World Equestrian Games 2006 and the European Championships 2015, the FEI World Championships Aachen 2026 will once again be one of the biggest equestrian sport events of the coming years.
