Friday Night Concert Presented by Scotlynn
SIMCOE, ON – September 12, 2026 – Friday night at the Norfolk County Fair & Horse Show is going country.
Canadian country music powerhouse Tim Hicks will headline the Party on the Track on Friday, October 9, joined by rising Canadian country artist Alli Walker for a huge night of live country music presented by Scotlynn.
From cold drinks and country anthems to one of the best live atmospheres of Fair week, Friday night is shaping up to be a full-on country Party on the Track.
Tim Hicks has become a staple of Canadian country music, known for high-energy live shows and a catalogue built for singing along. With multiple GOLD and PLATINUM-certified singles, hundreds of millions of streams and multiple JUNO Award nominations, Hicks has spent more than a decade delivering some of Canadian country's biggest crowd favourites.
Fans can expect to hear hits including "Get By," "Stronger Beer," "Here Comes the Thunder," "No Truck Song" and more when he takes over the Fairgrounds Friday night.
Opening the night is Alli Walker, one of Canadian country's exciting rising artists. Ontario-born Walker has been building serious momentum with her energetic take on modern country and a live show that's a perfect fit for a Friday night at the Fair.
"This one just feels like the Fair," said Angela Hogeveen, General Manager of the Norfolk County Agricultural Society. "Tim Hicks, Alli Walker, a Friday night in October and a packed Grandstand — it's going to be a country party. Tim is such a great live performer, Alli brings an incredible energy, and we're really excited to bring this lineup to Norfolk."
The Friday night concert is proudly presented by Scotlynn, a longtime supporter of the Norfolk County Fair and the local agricultural community.
