The Expo is returning to Markham for another year!
The 2026 Ontario Equine Expo is shaping up to be a great spring show!
After the success of its inaugural year in 2025, with only 8 weeks of planning, the event has taken off for the upcoming year. A plethora of new exhibitors, as well as welcoming back previous exhibitors and sponsors, 2026 is shaping up to be a banner year.
An assembly of new team members will ensure this year's Expo will be organized and planned right down to the last time slot. Amazing feedback was given after 2025, and the Ontario Equine Expo will continue to forge ahead!
"We don't want to forget our roots as the show grows" expressed Ryan Kent, Expo president. "It worked because we care about the quality. We care about the horses first and foremost. We present the best available horses and riders for our clinic participants and auditors, as well as our demonstrations. We are not a horse show with fill that's boring and hard to follow. We are a professional organization, and we want each and every ticket buyer to have the best experience possible. We want heads to spin with a 3-day event full of knowledge and experience in the arena. The arena is my baby. We want people sitting with note pads to write down the advice they are being given by world class trainers"
On top of the talent coming, the exhibitor list has grown substantially. We hit the road reaching out to all kinds of equine related companies, many who had heard about the Expo already. The businesses and services that attend are certainly the ones who care about being in front of their customers. We also have many associations joining this year looking to increase their membership. That's also very important to give them your consideration, as they are making a massive effort to be there for you. This is officially the call to every equine related business and service, trailer dealerships, feed companies etc, to make sure your signed up early as our space is running out. The Expo has opened more buildings, and they are filling up fast.
